Any character. Any world. Any lesson.

A book can follow real life, turn the family into animals, or carry a bigger idea inside a simple story. Here is Frankie, three ways.

  • Real life: Frankie, on an ordinary Tuesday.
  • As animals: Frankie, as a fox.
  • Pure fantasy: Frankie, floating past the moon.

The only limit is your imagination.

The Smallest Spark

Cozy Watercolor · With State of Grace

Lumen is a tiny firefly whose glow feels too small for the world around her, until a storm rolls in and the fireflies need someone to help them find their way home. A story about quiet bravery.

Mary Kate Vincent, founder of State of Grace, wrote it for the families she serves, children navigating a medical diagnosis or a disability. It lived in her phone for over a year. Together we made it a book, and now it goes home in Brave Packs with children in Michigan hospitals.

That’s My Dada!

Soft Charcoal · For Father’s Day

Quinn, age 2, loves spending time with his dada. The day Dada shot the puck super fast and scored, Quinn was so excited, he shouted “That’s my dada!”

His family told us about one afternoon at home with the hockey sticks, and we made it a book for Father’s Day.
