The plain version

When you create a Wallace Stories book, you share details about your child and your family. We use those details to write and illustrate the book you ordered. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to operate (printing, payments, email, analytics). For questions or data deletion requests email melissa@wallacestories.com.

What we collect

Account and checkout details (name, email, billing and shipping address, optional phone), story details about the child and family (name, age, pronouns, heritage, appearance, interests, family relationships, accessibility details), optional reference photos, and site usage including marketing attribution.

How we use it

To create the personalized book you ordered, send transactional messages, send marketing emails when you opt in, and improve the product. We use Shopify for checkout, Supabase for storage, Klaviyo for email, Google Analytics 4 / GTM for analytics, Pinterest for advertising attribution, and Vercel/Render for hosting.

Children’s data

Wallace Stories is not directed to children under 13. The story details you share are provided by you, the adult ordering the book.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion. Email melissa@wallacestories.com. CCPA and GDPR rights are honored.
